Deangelo front desk clerk totally unsmiling, unhelpful. Elevator 1 of two broke down for a day, had to get by crew working on my floor fixing elevator. Very old plug multipliers so worn I could not keep laptop plugged in. Complained to front desk staff and told “not my pay grade “. Rained and water leaked on my floor hallway . Entrance so small auto has tough time getting through. Restaurant ok but closed at. 2pm several days per week. Closed for “private event “ with no notice. We paid average 400 per night for pay experience.
