  • Come relax at this comfortable home built during the end of the Civil War era on 2.5 park-like acres in the hamlet of Lakeville. All the amenities of a modern home with a ton of charm including private year round 8 person Jacuzzi Hot Tub and NEW fair weathered GAME ROOM featuring pool, darts, video / board games and bar. Location is ideal being close to Conesus Lake(.2miles), local park on the water within walking distance, boat launch, fishing, golfing, SUNY Geneseo, Letchworth State Park, eight restaurants within a mile, wine country, skiing at Bristol Mountain (30mins) & only 30 minutes to Rochester.
