The property was historic and that was a plus. Having said that, our stay could have been so much nicer. It could have been cleaner, better appointed, nicely decorated to give it some personality and the staff could have been friendlier. The only friendly staff was the bartender in the hotel lounge. The hotel has good bones and excellent location but no effort seemed to be taken to take advantage of it.

The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter.
It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!

Super clean, spacious room, good staff, good price per night. Very accesible to bourbon street.
But, I can't understand how the have almost sheer curtains that allow sunlight to enter from 6 AM.
Very noisy place because employees working and talking themselves from 8:00 AM.
Do mot recommend this place if you want to party until midnight and like to sleep late morning.

"It was a very quirky hotel. Loved the hardwood floors even though they were a little slanted. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Didn’t particularly like that there was no view out of the window. It was very convenient to all the sites and liked that the parking was across the street."
