A solid affordable option for Cambridge. It is located next to a train station with frequent departures to Cambridge or it is one junction on the M11 to a Park & Ride facility, which makes this a good option for those with a car. Cars are a real nightmare in Cambridge, so an adjoining car park with public transport options is a plus. Staff were very guest focused, although they could use a few more of them. The elevator was not working during my stay, a real problem for those with accessibility issues but the staff were proactive in finding ground floor rooms. There is a simple cafe bar with a wide menu of options from snacks through to full meals. The reception and lounge is a good place to hang out without pressure to buy food and drinks. So if you need somewhere to work on a business trip this is a good option. There is breakfast buffet offering a solid range of options from full English to a light snack. The rooms are fine, in a good state of repair and very clean. The wifi is solid and there's a wide range of TV Channels, but I had no mobile reception which might be.a problem for some. I slept well. I will probably use this property again.

Full cooked breakfast was available, parking was available with plenty of space. The room could have been cleaned better, especially around the window but the rest of the room and the bathroom were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. I understand the property had new owners so they were probably still getting to know the property.

The hotel was well equipped, clean and ideally located with it being a short drive to central Cambridge and also Newmarket. There are numerous public transport facilities with it being located right next to a train station with convenient connections to london and the north. The hotel is situated in a quiet modernised area and the parking is safe and in plentiful availability. The parking is operated by an external provider and can be a faff as there are no physical paystations, with payment being processed via a QR code link or the use of an App, which can be off putting for some older or less tech-savvy guests. However, aside from that, the hotel was lovely, breakfast was delicious with a wide array of options and I would happily return and highly recommend others to stay here. If I was to suggest anything, I would say that the swimming pool changing rooms could benefit from more space and benches in order to sit and get dressed, as well as providing bags for wet clothing or instead having a mini tumble dryer for wet items as is the case in some other hotels.

Superb place to stay in Cambridge, all the main area of Cambridge was within walking distance. Staff were fantastic especially reception. Would definitely recommend and stay there again

Staff members were very helpful. Room was clean, quiet. Breakfast was adequate
