Service was fine, but at times, it lacked the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel., such as taking your luggage to the room or replenishing toiletries daily. The hotel is in the outbuildings of the chateau next to it and it can be difficult to locate initially. The main access is through the golf course area which isn’t very impressive. I would return to this hotel and recommend it to friends. (23 reviews) This is a new development in a quiet residential area. We stayed in a good sized 2 bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher. The TV needed a card and only had French channels. Plenty of storage space throughout. Black-out blinds in bedrooms came in useful when getting the children to bed. Nice children's play area and the swimming pool looked well maintained although we didn't actually use it. Beach and local shops/ restaurants/ cafes all a short walk away. The staff appear to be committed to maintaining the high standards of the site and this is reflected in the inventory and general check of the unit on departure.
