"Room was not as described online, 2 single beds instead of a double (states online that the room sleeps 3, but nowhere for a 3rd person to sleep - lucky there was only 2 of us), smell of stale smoke as soon as you enter the room, no toilet roll provided, no towels provided, unclean room and balcony and incredibly run down, states online that parking is 5 euro per night and they expect 10 euro per night when you arrive. We are not fussy people and often sleep in hostels but this is not a 3 star ‘hotel’ - it should be a 1 star! "

"We had a great time at Hotel Kristina in Imperia for the 2nd time.The staff is very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great with cakes, croissants and fresh coffee etc. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was big (we had an oceanview room). We would book it again. It's very central and everything is walking distance. Please visit the restaurant Del Tempo Perduto which is close by!"

"What a horrible experience!!! The director was terribly unhelpful. I contacted the hotel to ask to change my dates as l was unwell and couldn’t travel they refused to help me. I also contacted hotels.com in America and they rang the hotel to ask for a date change too and they were refused. My single room was like a broom cupboard and honestly should be a store room for the cleaning ladies as it was so small old and outdated. The floor was dirty there were cigarette butts and rubbish under the bed. The phone was broken. The rubbish bin was disgusting - see photo. No fridge or mini bar. The wardrobe was from the 50’s and the shower and hand basin were terrible. It was noisy and uncomfortable. The director offered me a free drink WOW even that was bad an old flat bottle of Prosecco. The breakfast was terrible the eggs inedible no fresh bread. And l was charged €10 for my dog. A disgrace and l will never return."
