This listing is for one or more rooms in the spacious and well equipped Guest Wing with 4 x double bedrooms, 2.5 x luxury bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, BBQ area, walled garden, playing field, spacious boot room and extensive parking. A peaceful and relaxing alternative to a hotel, the Furzen Farmhouse Guest Wing retains its rustic farmhouse character in a setting with the \`wow-factor\`. This listing is for 1 x extra spacious bedroom in the Guest Wing that includes one UK king-sized double bed, and one UK single bed, a desk and your own separate luxury shower-room (including WC) which is not shared with other guests. The rest of the Guest Wing\`s facilities are shared with other guests - the well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, BBQ area, walled garden, playing field (weather dependant), spacious boot room and extensive parking. We aim to check you in in-person if we are not otherwise busy working on the farmhouse, horses or farm. We are happy to answer any questions you may have about the house or area, and will do our best to give you a comfortable stay. We live in the main wing of the house and as the main guest parking area is close to our stables and tack room entrance, we are likely to cross paths outside and are happy to have a quick chat, otherwise we leave you to enjoy the guesthouse yourselves. We are easiest to reach via mobile phone and will provide our number when you book. This guest review gives the essence of Furzen Farmhouse: \`Exceeded all my expectations. A beautiful Cotswold farmhouse whose owners really care about the comfort and needs of their guests. Perfect blend of the traditional with contemporary comforts. Unique at this price range in this location: Unique in that, having stayed in many places rated from 5-star down to 1, this is the only time I felt like I could actually live in the spaces I walked through.\` Thanks to our location within a private estate on the edge of Cirencester, we have all the benefits of being close to \`the capital of the Cotswolds\` whilst still remaining a remarkably peaceful place to be. We are only a few minutes drive from the local shops, pubs, businesses and wedding venues of Cirencester and the wider Cotswolds and we benefit from direct trains from London. We have plenty of secure parking and easy access to the main road network including the A419, A40, M4 and M5. Latest check in is at 21:00 Please do your best to let us know your arrival time - do not arrive before 3pm unless agreed in advance as we schedule the exercising of our horses around arrival times. We kindly ask that guests do not feed or engage with the horses, or enter into their stables, arenas or paddocks. We are sometimes able to give a tour of the equestrian facilities - please enquire in advance. No dogs or other pets allowed, please do not feed our cat.
