It was in good condition and there was a great Christmas decorations and a tree that greeted us. It was a tight squeeze for 11 (including 3 under 12) as the sitting room could really only sit 6, and there was only one bathroom upstairs servicing the four bedrooms apart from the master ensuite. It would have worked if the bottom bedroom had not been closed off by the landlord, as this was adjacent to another bathroom. Great that it had two fridges and big lovely open kitchen, and seating for ten, and a boot room for wellies etc. Only real issue was the lack of contact with either the landlord or StayCotswolds. I think if you offer rentals over the xmas period, there should be someone there to give customer service. ##### sarah r.
