Coln St Aldwyns lies equidistant from the Roman town of Cirencester, the medieval market town of Burford and the inland port of Lechlade upon Thames and nearby family attractions include the Cotswold Water Parks, the Cotswolds Wildlife Park, the Crocodile Farm, Soho farmhouse, Thyme at nearby Southrop and Daylesford farm. Kelmscott Manor, the home of William Morris, the founder of the Art & Crafts movement, the Cotswolds Woolen Mill at Filkins and Buscott Manor are all just a short drive away and well worth a visit.
