The ground floor has a semi open plan design with a contemporary feel to the kitchen/dining room; a lovely space to cook your favourite culinary dishes. The cosy and comfy sitting room boasts plenty of character features including a wood burning stove, exposed stonework and original beams, and the picturesque, hidden gem of a garden has plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit and lovely rural views. The Roost is also a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage in Coln St Aldwyns is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting room Exposed stone fireplace with wood burner, Smart TV with apps (account holders only), two-seater sofa, two armchairs and selection of board games and books Kitchen/dining room Electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso Krups coffee machine and dining table with two chairs and banquette Boot room Storage area for boots and coats First Floor Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) King size bed, built-in wardrobe, built-in chest of drawers with shelves, stool, dressing table, mirror and hairdryer Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) Built-in king size bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, chaise longue and mirror Family bathroom Roll top bath, rain shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Outside Terrace area with gas BBQ, outdoor table seating four and parasol (please note the neighbours have a right of access across the terrace to their gardens) Private, gated garden with lawn and fire pit is accessed via a pathway from the terrace The Finer Details.... The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests.
