The ground floor has a semi open plan design with a contemporary feel to the kitchen/dining room; a lovely space to cook your favourite culinary dishes. The cosy and comfy sitting room boasts plenty of character features including a wood burning stove, exposed stonework and original beams, and the picturesque, hidden gem of a garden has plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit and lovely rural views. The Roost is also a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for one medium sized dog. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday cottage in Coln St Aldwyns is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided Free on street parking 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 1 medium sized dog is welcome for an additional £40 per booking.
