Cineplex Cinemas East Hills

I have a gluten allergy and usually have a relatively easy time dining at higher end locations, but not so here. Staff were not very knowledgeable about gluten free options. I paid $26 for breakfast at the buffet and was only able to eat a few items. It was also a strange set up. There were not gluten free chocolate bars available or an in room mini bar. It was very strange compared to other higher end places I've stayed. My fiance who does not need accomodations had a good time, but we will not return because it was not accommodating for myself. They also did not give us our in room credit of $20 and when I tried to call customer service to get the matter fixed, I kept getting routed to different robots and the robot hung up on me when I politely requested to speak to a human being. Really not impressed and dissapointed.
