"I recently stayed at the Draper location and was expecting a smooth experience based on positive reviews. I completed mobile check-in ahead of time, hoping to go straight to my room after a long day. Upon arrival, the kiosk said it was out of key cards and directed me to the front desk—which was unattended. Another couple had already been waiting about 15 minutes and said no one was answering the hotel phone. I used the courtesy phone multiple times with no answer, even though I could hear it ringing inside. I called the company’s 800 number, but the reservations agent was unhelpful and insisted I hadn’t let the phone ring long enough. About five minutes later, an employee finally showed up and immediately barked, “PROOF OF ID AND CREDIT CARD.” The next day, the rear entrance card reader showed green but wouldn’t unlock the door. After reloading my belongings and going to the front, I mentioned it to the desk, and was told, “It must be broke again.” The room itself was clean and the bed acceptable, but the seating was very uncomfortable. Overall, between the poor service and access issues, I’d suggest looking elsewhere unless you just need a place to crash for a night."

"I was quoted a price of 1,095.93 on Hotels.com and charged 1,135.93 at check out. I called the front desk at the property and told they could not help with the difference or give me a number to call for more info. I will be complaining online about the problem.This is not the first time Hotels .com has guaranteed a price that was less than I paid."

"The apartment was double booked as we arrived to peoples stuff already inside. We knocked on the door of the main house and spoke to the representative of owner who was trying to find resolution but knowing we weren't staying we scrambled to make other accommodations leaving the representative with my phone number. We expected the owner to call me the following day. That didn't happen. I tried to message the owner thru the app but the app would not post the message. It's been 5 days and I still have not heard from the owner. I got my resolution thru VRBO corporate but still feel like at least an apology is owed from the owner."

"The pool is heated all year long. So fun with a family and to relax. Hot tub is great too. Staff is fun and friendly! Rooms are beautiful and bathrooms are spacious "
