"The AC in the room did not work, we went to the front desk and the workers said that we can’t switch rooms and the maintenance person does not get there until 7:30am. The maintenance person never showed up. The light in the bathroom went out while taking a shower, called front desk to tell them and when the worker came up to fix the light I asked about the AC and the worker said it’s working fine, however it was not blowing cold air. Horrible experience tbh"

Absolutely wonderful

"We thoroughly enjoyed the entire hotel, the atmosphere was wonderful! Our room was perfect! We stayed in a king suite and it was beyond our expectations from when we booked. The staff and everyone was beyond friendly, accommodating and met our needs! The restaurants and bar were fabulous too! It was a bonus that we stayed there during the Reds and Yankees game, so the hotel was filled with fans from both sides, which made it even better! Hilton is always a go to hotel for me no matter where I travel, but I can promise that every stay in Cincinnati from here on out will be at Hilton Netherlands! "

"My family was here for a quick over night (about 7-8 hour stay). I wish it was longer. The place was big and COMFORTABLE. The kitchen area was a nice size. Front office staff was amazing. Hope to come back some day! "

Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

"The hotel was very clean and my room immaculate. I controlled my temperature and the bed was super comfortable. I took advantage of the pool and the fitness room which I was the only person in both the pool and fitness room. I enjoyed this one day break to myself for a little R&R. Breakfast was great as well everything very fresh. The only issue I had was the pool ran out of towels to dry off with and I had to go to the front to ask for more to be brought back. Other than that my stay was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or just passing through the Cincinnati/Sharonville area. "
