Guests love the clean, updated space and prime location for games, concerts, and downtown events. The Space: The main floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two queen bedrooms. The lower level includes a family room with foosball, a queen sleeper sofa, half bathroom, and laundry room. Guests enjoy both free street parking on the side street (typically easy to find) and a reserved parking space behind the building. The apartment was quite clean, except for things like windowsills, and a few things like that. But overall it was clean. The issue I had was there was a locked door that we had assumed was to a closet as we have stayed at VRBO‘s before. However, there was a person on the other side of the door, making quite a bit of noise. We found out later that it’s another resident, but we hadn’t had the experience of someone being on the other side of the inside of a unit. I would not recommend the unit due to that.
