This 1-bedroom/2-bathroom home provides the perfect spot to enjoy everything the area has to offer, while also enjoying unique and comfortable accommodations! The Space: This beautifully-decorated brick home features a gorgeous full kitchen, a bedroom with an attached bathroom, an additional full bathroom, a living room, and an office. There is a stacked washer and dryer for your use as well! Enjoy the eclectic and tasteful antique decor and beautiful interior of this comfortable and charming Covington home. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement. The Neighborhood: The home is located in western Covington, just off of Pike St and Main St. An easy walk to the popular Mainstrasse/Main St with shops and dining and bars. It is also just around the corner from the ramp to Rt. 71/75 which takes you directly into downtown Cincinnati. As always, we recommend guests exercise common sense and safety while walking between destinations throughout the city. Getting Around: Guests are welcome to drive their personal or rental vehicles. There is are plenty of ride-share options or public transportation methods in the area as well. Other Things to Note: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent.
