It was very clean and there is a lot of room to spread out of you have multiple people with you. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We did hear the train a few times, but usually slept through it. If you're a light sleeper you'll want to stay in the master bedroom instead of the ones near the back of the house. We attended a concert, shopped, ate out and walked the quaint downtown area of Dayton KY and the levy protecting the older neighborhood from the mighty Ohio River. House was beautifully decorated, clean and full of everything we needed to just chill out. Definitely not a place for someone with disabilities as there are stairs everywhere. If we decide to converge on Cincy as a group again or if anyone else is considering it, I’d gladly use this house as my home base. ##### Marlise H. The house was great with plenty of room! Had a minor issue upon arriving and we were able to contact our host right away and all was resolved within a couple of hours. Met our needs and was very nice. Close to everything we wanted to do (Ark encounter, Newport Aquarium, Cincy Zoo, River walks and more.
