I got there. The hotel was closed. They told me they were under renovation so they changed my reservation to assist the property. What a terrible experience experience I would like my money back.

8.4/10 Very good! (293 reviews)
I didn’t have a universal charger and they provided one to me right away. There was a water leak in my bathroom and I informed them and they switched my room within 15 minutes of knowing about the issue. They also called a taxi for me at 4:00 AM and the front desk spoke clear English, if that’s a concern for you. They are a great staff, have great wifi connection and have water, and other free goodies that make your stay more welcoming. Yes, welcoming is the word I’d use for this hotel, especially the staff.
