Relax in this beautiful and rustic stone house located on the rocky shore of Cidade Velha, the 500-year-old village and first capital of the country. Our Casa Aloe Vera offers a calm, simple, and rewarding lifestyle.  
  
Located on our family property, we are always ready to help and support your stay. Cidade Velha is full of genuine experiences, and it will be our pleasure to guide you through them. We can also provide recommendations for the best beaches, trails, and restaurants on the island.  
The space  
The entire house offers a panoramic view of the sea, and on fortunate occasions, we catch glimpses of whales and playful dolphins. A perpetual sea breeze graces the surroundings, and the stone construction imparts a unique, natural coolness, setting it apart from other accommodations.  
  
Upon your arrival, you step into a family condominium where our commitment ensures you seamlessly become a cherished part of our extended family.  
Guest access  
To locate our residence, simply search for "Encosta Azul" on Maps. The property is situated without a designated street name. For a hassle-free journey, we suggest opting for one of the recommended taxis, with pre-negotiated fair rates for your convenience.  
  
Check-in typically commences at 1 pm, and standard check-out is at 12 pm. However, flexibility prevails, allowing adjustments based on property availability and coordination with fellow guests. We strive to accommodate your needs and ensure a seamless stay.

Given the frequent requests for air conditioning in Cabo Verde, rest assured that our residence remains naturally cool and well-ventilated. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort.
