Property is dated. The air conditioner was unable to be controlled. Blowing all the time. The breakfast was very goid.

Very welcoming staff with excellent suggestions for restaurants and local activities. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Great breakfast selection with quality, well-made food. Everything was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Syracuse!!!!

Was confirmed for a king bed room, requested higher floor. When we arrived were given two double beds on ground floor. After some insisting the front desk manager gave us a second floor suite with two queen, not a king. The fact we booked through Expedia seems to make it harder to upgrade given the issue.

This property was certainly no match to the other holiday inn Express hotels I've stayed in. We were checked in to a room with a soiled bathroom. The staff was very friendly though and they helped change the room immediately, to another room with duty sheets that didn't have enough towels . We started only for one night so we just made do. Breakfast was nice though, and proximity to 81 was the most convenient.

This is a fantastic hotel with incredibly kind staff. The breakfast buffet that starts at 6:00 a.m. is great. It has a lot of extra things thrown in that other hotels would usually skimp on. The pool is also very nice as well. The location is right next to a Cracker Barrel, and just a few minutes away from Target and Walmart.

We have stayed at this hotel many years for Thanksgiving. The staff is always helpful and informative about hotel facilities. The breakfast is warm, fresh. The hotel is very clean and easy to find

Expedia did not share our room request with the hotel. Upon arrival two hours after check in our room had not been cleaned yet (5:00 pm). We were given another room facing the highway, which we specifically requested not to be, the tv didn’t work and one room key didn’t work. We went to the desk and they moved our room, but blamed Expedia for the error…
