Relax on the master bedroom balcony or back deck and takin in the picturesque views of Oneida Lake. You will have the entire house to yourself. We offer 3 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 9 people and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The bedrooms - spacious master bedroom with king bed, second bedroom with 2 queen beds, third bedroom with a twin bed and a queen-size blow-up mattress. We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests: \- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am \- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. \- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the \`Add guests\` tab in the search bar. Pets without permission will incur a $1,000 fine. \- No events, parties or large gatherings. \- Check-out is at 10:00am.
