Logement très moyen

Jolie résidence bien située à Ciboure. Mais le prix de la location est très élevé et l’appartement assez mal équipé . Cuisine à revoir ( plaques électriques vraiment vétustes…) manque un four. Confort du canapé très sommaire. Accueil très impersonnel, nous n’avons rencontré personne ni à l’arrivée ni au départ.

Dommage

Nous connaissons bien la résidence où se situe l'appartement pour y séjourner depuis plus de 15 ans. La résidence est très bien située. La piscine très agréable. Cependant, l'appartement mérite un nettoyage de fond : terrasse sale, vaiselle très sale, intérieur des placards sale. Nous avons dû faire le ménage avant de pouvoir poser nos affaires. Certains matériels sont absents (sèche cheveux, ouvre boîte), poëles tellement abimés que nous en avons acheté une, plaque de cuisson hors d'âge.
