At the heart of Ciboure, in front of the ocean, this nice and cosy flat is perfect to accommodate 4 people. Close to all commodities, you won’t miss anything to enjoy the bay and the oceanic breeze !  
  
This nice and bright apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 86 sq. m and includes :  
\- a nice terrace with a view on the ocean and a barbecue,  
\- a comfortable living room with sofa bed,  
\- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),  
\- a bedroom with a double bed,  
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- a perfectly equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),  
\- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment,  
\- TV.

#### Seul point positif : la vue et l'emplacement de cet appartement

Très déçus par la location hormis la vue. Chaises et fauteuils defonces. Matelas à changer. Odeur de "vieux. Meubles d'une autre epoque. Tout est à rénover du sol au plafond.
