You'll find an entrance hall, a living room with a dining area opening onto a lovely furnished terrace with a pleasant, unobstructed view, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), an alcove-style bedroom with bunk beds (90x200cm), and a shower room. A private parking space in the basement completes the property. This apartment is ideal for golf enthusiasts seeking tranquility. The apartment includes a parking space and a traditional coffee machine. There is no Wi-Fi. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 4th. Swimming hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM for leisurely swimming.
