You are 9km from the Gorges de la Save for swimming, 12km from the lake of Saint-André (fishing) and the Gallo-Roman village of Montmaurin, 13km from the Cardeilhac arboretum forest, 14km from the Aurignacian Forum Museum, 18km from the lake of Gimone in the Gers department, 20km from Saint-Gaudens (shops, restaurants, cinema, A64 motorway and train station), 34km from Montréjeau (lake, golf course) and 40km from Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of the most beautiful villages in France. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, shower room with WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), large room adjoining the kitchen, games room (table football, billiards), separate WC, laundry room.
