The deluxe flats with 2 bedrooms offer 84 m², 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a living room with seating area and television, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, washbasin, and WC, a separate guest WC, and a balcony of 12–14 m².

"Schwarzhorn" (apartment 5) and "Piz Scalottas" (apartment 14) are located on the upper floor.
“Weisshorn” (apartment 8) and "Heidbüel" (apartment 17) are located in the attic.
