The spacious vacation apartment in the new building "Krone" in Churwalden offers plenty of space for the whole family.
The new multi-family house with an attached hotel including restaurant, bar, and wellness area is located in the middle of the village center of Churwalden and is still quietly situated. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, which is oriented towards the southwest away from the street. The vacation apartment is formed by a 1½-room vacation apartment and a 3½-room vacation apartment, which are connected by a connecting door. From the balconies, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. Shops, stores, public transport, ice rink, and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. A perfect ski-in/ski-out with the two top snow sports areas Arosa Lenzerheide with the Churwalden-Heidbüel panoramic cable car and the Pradaschier ski area with toboggan run and zipline make your winter vacation a true winter dream. The children's area and children's lift are located right next to the ski areas - directly in front of the door of your vacation apartment.

The vacation apartment is equipped with high-quality and natural materials, as well as state-of-the-art devices and offers space for up to 6 people.
The 3 1/2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 4 people. The apartment features a living room with dining area and open kitchen and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). 2 wet rooms with bathtub/WC, shower/WC and a washer-dryer are available. In the modern kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes. The living room offers a fireplace for cozy evenings.
The 1 1/2-room vacation apartment offers space for up to 2 adults. The apartment features a combined sleeping and living area and is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The kitchenette includes a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, raclette & fondue dishes, etc. In the bathroom, you will find a shower and toilet as well as a washer-dryer.

On two balconies, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of the mountains. If you want to work, you have the option to use fiber-optic internet/TV/radio free of charge. Saunas, jacuzzi, steam bath, infrared cabins, and a fitness room are available for free shared use (the wellness area is seasonally closed between Easter and the end of May). The Hotel Krone also offers a children's paradise for young guests, providing lots of fun and variety. Up to two parking spaces in the garage are available for your vehicles.

This is a spacious apartment, much bigger than I imagined so it was a nice surprise on arrival. It is modern and offers high quality fittings and appliances Well equipped with necessities like washing detergent and washing up tablets, and cleaning products Offer free robes for wellness Extra key

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and spacious apartment. Everything was clean and the location couldn't be beat. Communication with the owner on a couple of occasions was prompt and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!! The only advice I would give, since we also own a vacation rental property, is to provide some introductory instructions for various things. Most of the appliances were unfamiliar to us in terms of how to use them. It took us 20 minutes how to figure out how to turn on the stove (it won't turn on unless you have a pot or pan actually placed on the burner when you try to start it). The washing machine and microwave also took a bit of time to figure out as they are different from what we're familiar with in the US (and other places we've been and rented). A few helpful instructions could be very welcome. Also, some basic supplements like shampoo, body wash, basic cooking spices, oil, would help so we wouldn't have had to buy all new. Minor items. All said, it was a lovely week and we would definitely stay again.

Moderne, gepflegte Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, die zum Kochen einlädt. Geheizter Skiraum und Zugang zum Spa finden wir ebenfalls toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Kleine Broschüre mit Anleitung zur Regulierung der Raumtemperatur, Benützung des Cheminée. Es wäre schön, wenn bei Bezugnahme bereits Holz zum Anfeuern zur Verfügung steht. Unbedingt zwei Schlüssel pro Wohnung hat ja aber am Schluss gut geklappt.
