More information by the provider: BESTZEIT HOLIDAY APPARTMENT Central 3.5 - room holiday flat in a modern apartment building in Churwalden. The holiday flat in the centre of Churwalden has 2 bedrooms and a beautiful, sunny balcony. 1st floor / elevator / WiFi yes / 1 room with double bed / 1 room with bunk bed and a small double bed / 1 bathroom with bathtub / 1 separate toilet The apartment is located directly behind the shopping facility "Coop" and a few minutes' walk from Migros, lift stations and the sports shop. (Holiday apartment Raber is located in the same building but is only available for rent in the winter months) \- the visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site by the landlord (Persons from 16 years CHF 4.50 per night / < 16 years tax exempt) - Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord.
