Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The Lodge was very clean and cozy. My husband and I came in for an endurance event and arrived late but was still easy to check in and get settled. Coffee, water and snacks were provided for us. I loved sitting out on the top front porch once the temps started to cool. It was also nice when a few other guests checked in for the weekend.

Buckhorn Inn is an absolute must for traveling through/staying around the Shenandoah, Blue Ridge & Staunton area! The owners maintain the historic beauty of the property while making it comfortable, accessible and cozy. The property’s history is fascinating and the location is convenient to hiking and downtown amenities. The owners even stayed late to ensure my partner and I got checked in safely. We can’t wait to visit again soon & see how the newly owned property continues to evolve! Hoping the little tavern will be up and running, we would gladly partake in a nightcap or two :)
