"The property is very nice. The area is very economically depressed and very sad to see so many empty stores. No place decent to go for a nice dinner."

"An excellent choice for those wanting to have a central location for pretty much any direction. Easy access to the major highways but do yourself a favor, Route 39 and Nyes Road are your best friends to avoid the sometimes-severe congestion on the expressways. You'll also need to find a workaround if you're going anywhere but 22 West as the exit from the parking lot is that only option, unless you slip out through the dentist office next door. Onward.... Remember, this is an older hotel but pretty much up to modern standards. Rooms clean, staff helpful. Breakfast is your basic fare; keep in mind the room is small and does get cramped at peak times. Pool outside, adequate parking, safe area. Steps in the back corner of the lot gives you an easy walk to the convenience store. Watch for the poison ivy on that side though if you're walking a pet. Oh, rooms are dead quiet. Our neighbors for a couple nights were a family going to Hershey and we heard nothing. All in all, an excellent choice, book with confidence. And visit the Sandwich Man next door."

"breakfast is 6-9. very limited options. and same every day. many people other than myself were dissatisfied with basic when paying that price. pool water was murkey with smelled bad. didn't allow kids to swim again. asked for a top sheet and blanket for pull out couch, was told to lower the heat but insisted on having a blanket and top shee for the needed bed space."

"The hotel is great for kids with the indoor/outdoor pool and game room but for the price you pay for it the actual room could be a little bit nicer. We weren’t in the room much so we didn’t mind but the bathroom was pretty dingy and the beds aren’t very comfortable at all. Reason we stayed was because it was close to where we were visiting and it was the only place available as we booked super last minute. But for the price you pay you are getting anything special that another hotel cant. offer. Also breakfast isn’t free."

"I have stayed here before and the property is nice as our most La Quinta properties. My only complaint is the last time I stayed here and also this time, the rooms are very damp so much so that the carpet actually feels wet. They need some type of dehumidification in this building.
