(78 reviews) Nice room on top floor; unfortunately no lift. Good facilities except no bath. Breakfast was included and this was hearty and served with a smile. Food was high quality. There was nowhere to dine in the evening and eating out options in Stromness are limited so we’d recommend booking meals before you start your stay. There was nowhere to park at the hotel but we found a free long stay car park above the hotel - though the path was treacherous in wet weather. This must be a great place to stay if you need the ferry but otherwise I’d recommend staying more centrally in Kirkwall.
