"We stayed in Hotel Royal during a week before high season. The personnel very, very friendly and helpful. The room we had on the top floor was nice, with a double bed and a spacious sunny balcony. Everything was clean. Breakfast had all you wanted and more. We enjoyed our stay very much."
"This place is for my non picky travelers (just to sleep). It is located right in the heart of old town, minutes from the beach and bus station. Erdi was a great host and he was very accommodating, if you need anything, just ask. Good AC! Internet not so great so dont even think about working, just enjoy Kotor. PS. The Balkan breakfast he offers is delicious. PLUS: he has a very nice cafe minutes away. I would definitely come back if Im ever in Kotor again."

"Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was incredible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Dragon, he was amazing and so helpful! The rest of the hotel staff were amazing too. The hotel is in a great location, clean, spacious and updated. The breakfast was delicious and of high quality options. "We had a great stay at this villa. It's a great location right on the bay - you can walk across the road and dive straight into the water!The accommodation was ideal for us with good-sized, clean rooms and a comfortable living space. The sauna and gym were an extra nice touch.Despite arriving the night of a crazy storm that knocked out all the power in the area, our host travelled over an hour, late at night, to ensure the power was back on and everything was working for us.One minor recommendation is to fix a few of the loose pool tiles, which exposed a few sharp edges - but this did not distract from a really good experience"
"We have had a wonderful 9 days at Castello Risano. Excellent service from booking and throughout the stay. The apartments are just beautiful and so well kept, very clean with lovely furnishings and the most incredible view over the bay of Kotor. The grounds and pool area are very well maintained, there’s free parking and a short walk down the hill to the local shops, restaurants and harbour. Local sites are easily accessible and a short drive to Perast and Kotor which are both beautiful. Anna and Kirk were great hosts, very helpful and attentive to any needs. Highlight of the trip was a speed boat trip to the blue caves which the kids loved! We had just a lovely time and would truly recommend a stay at Castello Risano, very authentic and a fab way to experience Montenegro. Thank you Anna and Kirk. "
"The room was very nice with a great view and balcony. The staff was very nice and so helpful. Location was perfect too! We loved that we can just walk down the steps and we are along the water. Two small markets just minutes away too.The Lady of the Rock is also very close and a $5 Euro boat ride away. Gorgeous little town!"
