Lady on reception when we checked in was very helpful. The room was VERY small - difficult to move around. We had no hot water the first morning but this was rectified during the day. Our booking included continental breakfast but we ended up only having toast after the first morning as it wasn't very nice & limited choice which was the same every day.

Great location, quick walk into town. Parking was free and accommodation was good. Would recommend as a great base for exploring Canterbury
