"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Gite. The Gite is modern inside with loads of space and is wonderfully decorated. Modern appliances in the kitchen and a lovely shower. The grounds are pretty and very peaceful. Nathalie and Oliver were fantastic hosts . A fantastic place to stay to explore the local area. The pool was fantastic and we were able to swim anytime. Thankyou Nathalie , Oliver and family for an unforgettable stay. "

"Nous avions choisi cet hébergement en nous fiant aux prestations présentées dans l’annonce, notamment à son positionnement et à la promesse d’un séjour confortable et relaxant. Or, plusieurs éléments annoncés étaient absents ou très éloignés du niveau de prestation attendu, ce qui a significativement dégradé notre séjour.1. Des équipements annoncés mais inexistantsL’annonce indiquait notamment :« Gîte spacieux peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, tout équipé, avec jacuzzi, table de ping-pong. »Or, je vous confirme qu’à notre arrivée, il n’y avait ni jacuzzi ni table de ping-pong.Des points positifs malgré toutNous souhaitons toutefois souligner que tout n’a pas été négatif durant notre séjour.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié :La piscine, qui était très agréable ;La verrière, qui permettait de profiter de la piscine malgré le vent ou une baisse des températures ;Le calme des lieux ;Le caractère globalement agréable de la maison ;La possibilité de profiter du barbecue.Ces éléments positifs ne remettent cependant pas en cause les nombreuses difficultés rencontrées et le décalage constaté entre la prestation annoncée et la prestation réellement fournie.ConclusionEn conclusion, nous estimons que ce logement est présenté comme un hébergement de standing alors que les prestations et l’équipement réellement proposés ne correspondent pas à ce positionnement."
