El hotel tiene aspectos positivos: buen desayuno, cama amplia, colchón y almohadas cómodos, ascensor y personal de trato correcto. Mi experiencia, sin embargo, quedó empañada por una situación que podría haberse evitado con una simple respuesta. En febrero solicité la habitación 105, elección que tenía para mí un significado especial porque celebraría allí mi cumpleaños. Nunca recibí respuesta. Es un establecimiento confortable, pero la comunicación con el huésped y, especialmente, la manera de gestionar un reclamo legítimo son aspectos que deberían mejorar.
