Church of Notre Dame des Neiges

The reception staff were excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. They need to replace the carpet and the cleaning staff should pick up the glasses and cups. It was a very convenient hotel near the sanctuary.

Location is ideal for visiting the Sanctuary of Lourdes as it is located just a short 3 minute walk to the entrance. We stayed in a double room and the room is clean and comfortable and bathroom is large with natural light. Highly recommended if you’re driving since there is a parking lot at this hotel.

I have always stayed in Panorama Hotel every time I go to Lourdes. The staff are very helpful and kind. I used to go for breakfast but choices are limited. However, the dinner buffet is pretty sumptuous. My last stay this September was a bit disappointing because me and my friend were bitten by bedbugs. It was all around our arms and the doctor confirmed they were from the bedbugs. I hope management will address this issue for health reasons.
