"The photos are misleading, rooms, hallways all old and tired. With a McDonald’s in the parking lot, the left over fries on the elevator made sense. The area was not super safe, homeless people about. The worst part of the process was the employee who checked us in, the BO was so bad it made us all very uncomfortable to stand through the check in. The next day, same person and another layer of BO that hit hard when entering the hotel."

"Hotel was clean and staff was great. Checked in late. Went to room, used the restroom and the toilet sounded weird. Next person used it and it would not flush with water staying high. Called front desk. He immediately apologized and offered a new room. By the time we had our stuff ready he was waiting outside our door with cards for new room which was an upgrade."

"The gentleman at check-in was very helpful. There was an error with the reservation, but he fixed it. Overall, good value at a good location."

My son ❤️ that they had Dove in bathroom since he has sensitive skin. We 💕 the free 24/7 coffee machine. Only wish they had an EV 🔌 station on the property."
