우선 가자마자 객실에 개털들이 그대로 있고 청소가 안된 상태여서 다른 숙소로 옮겨주었는데 그곳 또한 별반 다르지 않아 원래 배정받은 숙소를 청소해 달라고 했습니다. 원래 배정받은 청노된 숙소를 갔는데 크게 깨끗해져 있지는 않더라구요. 화장실바닥에 개오줌도 그대로 남아있어 물로 닦아내었는데도 그대로 자국이 남아있을만큼 청소상태가 엉망이라 크게 실망하였습니다. 숙소측에서는 미안하다고 음료 쿠폰을 주기는 했지만 아무래도 청소상태가 실망스러워 다시는 안갈 것 같네요.

저렴하고 친절한 숙소지만 또다시 이용할지는 의문입니다. 화장실 배수가 엉망이라 씻다보면 바닥에 물고여서 한참후에 내려가고, 애견동반이라 그런지 방에 특유의 냄새가나요 냉장고는 하나도 안시원하고 침실에는 냉방이 안되요.. 거실에만 에어컨이 있고 방엔 선풍기 하나가 전부예요 저희는 심지어 무슨 교회같은데서 애들이 단체로 와서 너무 시끄러웠어요…..

지은지는 좀 되어 보였지만 청정지역 높은 곳에 위치하여 공기가 맑고 조용하며, 객실 침구 화장실이 청결하고 조식도 훌륭하고 애견 동반객의 편의 시설이 다양하게 잘 되어 있어 좋았어요

올해들어서만 세번이나 갔어요. 위치가 산속이라 아주 호젓합니다. 아침에 새소리 들으며 기상했구요. 저녁노을도 멋집니다. 무엇보다 객실 청결상태가 훌륭했어요. 아주 기분좋게 쉬다 왔습니다. 근처에 능암온천 핀란드사우나를 엄마가 좋아하십니다. 사우나 좋아하시면 한번 방문해보셔도 좋을것같습니다. 직원분들도 당연히 친절하십니다.

건물은 오래되고 낡았음. 실내는 리모델링해서 나름 쓸만함. 직원이 부족해보임. 전화해도 안 받고, 1층 프론트에 가서 필요한걸 얘기해야함. 화재경보기도 오작동해서 투숙객들이 모두 1층 마당으로 대피했는데 오작동이라고 해서 다시 들어감. 어르신들이 매우 항의함

전반적으로 좋은 편이었습니다. 침구도 깨끗하고 잘 교체되어있습니다. 다만 타올이 기준인원당 1개만 비치되어있고 추가요청시 여분이 부족해서 불편합니다.

아주 좋았습니다.

청결함도 좋았고 방을 업그레이드 해줘서 더 좋았습니다. 그런데 주로 팻 전용 룸이 많아서 그런지 약간 강아지 냄새가 나는 것은 어쩔 수 없었던 것 같습니다.
