"Would be good to have simple cooking amenities like cooking oil, salt, pepper. Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."

"Owner is very nice, they provide free Onsen which is hot enough and they also allow me to go shower and onsen after I check out to hiking on Daisen. The location is very close to bus stop, very convenient."

"A place operated a very warm-hearted and helpful family. Meals are highly recommended. Room was traditional Japanese style. The shared bathroom was a bit old but clean in general. Overall, a good place to stay if you plan to enjoy Daisen. "

"浴室の照明が壊れていて真っ暗な状態、簡易的な持ち運び用の照明が置かれていた。問い合わせると、浴室の照明が壊れているのでそちらをお使い下さいとの事。
事前連絡もなし、チェックインして浴室照明がつかない事に気付いてこちらから何度も連絡したがずっと留守電。やっと折り返して来たと思ったら照明が壊れていると初めて知らされました。
対応の遅さに怒りが込み上げ、返金してもらいすぐに部屋を出ました。急いで別の宿泊先を探して移動しましたが子連れ旅だったの で大変でした。
数々のホテルに泊まりましたがこんな対応をされたのは初めてだったので、二度とこのホテルには泊まりません。
あと、暖房も付いていないのに部屋がかなり暑く それも伝えたら、冷房を付けて調整して下さいとの事でした。全てがいいとこ無しのホテルでした。"
