"Room was clean and comfortable but lobby had no furniture, no place to sit and needed cleaning. Mix up on reservation caused by Expedia error so we ended up with one room instead of two. Check out staff was distracted and indifferent. She was in and out from desk and I ended up without getting a copy of final bill. Then I ended up with an email 12 hours after check-out asking us to text when we were checking out. A very frustrating hotel stay."
