"We were genuinely shocked and disappointed by this property. The location was good and the beach was stunning however the property itself was not worth the money. The walls were cracking, the areas that were patched were not painted, we had multiple issues with roaches and my husband spent the evening killing the termites that were crawling above the bed. There was only one TV upstairs and it didn’t work properly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, only one light in the kitchen worked. Some of the dishes were dirty and sticky and when I pulled the frying pan out to make breakfast I found that it was dirty, in the drawer. There seems to be mold on the walls that shared with the unit beside it. The furniture was old and worn, far from “chic”. This may have been a nice unit years ago but it has fallen in to great disrepair and was a total disappointment. The owners need to do better."

"This place is a true escape. We came from Utah with our 3 small kids. The plane ride in was awesome and a huge highlight. Uncle Charlie’s Blue Hole was their favorite and just being outside on the beach. The house was great for us - not fancy but very functional. The view is unbeatable. We took a boat ride one day and it was bad weather but I think it would have been fun if not for that!! The island is remote and really an escape from city life. We couldn’t find milk (for 3 year old) but after a few days he didn’t care. We got used to island time and I wish life back in the states was a little more like this. The bush village was also a hit and the food was amazing. Below deck was great too! The finale was when my 5 yo “landed” the small plane into Nassau airport. He will never ever forget that. Thank you Pilot Aaron Murphy!!!!! Chad Gator was helpful too (but we never actually met him). Would we do it all again — 100% yes!!!"
