Walking distance to a nearby beach and the Nature Conservatory's Jacks & Issac's Bay. A wall of windows for water views, year-round trade breezes and the soothing sound of waves from the shoreline below make for a unforgettable stay. Olympic style 50' seaside pool is delightful after a kayak or snorkeling excursion down in front. One bedroom poolside unit is rented separately. \----- The base rate has been deliberately set lower, to make it affordable for smaller families to rent the property. However, each guest over 4+ are charged an additional daily fee of $40 per guest, up to a maximum of 10 guests. \----- You will be renting only the upstairs/main house (Sapala 1) on the property, which sits on a 0.8 acre land, facing the ocean. The pool will be shared with guests staying in the downstairs unit (Sapala 2).
