On a protected bay for snorkeling, has a sand beach, has a pool within feet of the front door, has a beautiful property with mature plantings. There is a security gate with officer. It is a third and fourth floor walk up. Faces the pool, restaurant and Christiansted out the back. And from the fourth floor, faces the northwest waterline. The breeze across the rear deck is fantastic. The longer you stay, the deeper the discount. The condo is a good size with everything needed for a longer stay. The views are fantastic and Marti was so great at addressing any questions we had. The laundry room is not in-unit, but just downstairs from the condo which is convenient. The apartment is in a good location within a few minutes drive of Christenstead. This was our first visit to St. Croix and we had fun exploring the beaches and restaurants. The location is drivable to anywhere on the island but was far enough to be relaxing and didn’t feel touristy. The bar/restaurant is open! We had a wonderful stay and Marti's home is great. We absolutely loved the pool and the adjoining bar/restaurant, which makes it really more like you are at a resort than a condo complex. Downtown Christianstead (and the bustling boardwalk) is only a few minutes away. Things are hopping again and everyone very conscientiously wears masks/distances across the island. We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks. The on-site restaurant has awesome food and drinks. The pool was so refreshing at night for nightly swims. Will definitely look at staying again. The location was great, proximity to Christiansted was good, the sea breeze was amazing, no need for AC. Kids liked the privacy of the loft, and having their own balcony. ##### Jeff B.
