The island is beautiful and the restaurants are great. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast and some meals to help with the cost. Brian and his wife have everything you need and made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. Very quiet place with beautiful sunrises if you get up early enough to see them. We did every morning and I have some pretty amazing pictures. Did some snorkeling right out front and also the grounds keepers are so friendly. The host responded quickly to every communication and was very professional and caring about all of our questions. They have everything you will need for an island/beach vaca. We loved having the beach off the balcony, decent/easy snorkeling and perfect turquoise water. It made for the BEST relaxing mornings with coffee and evenings with Cruzan rum. It is a great central location, 5 minutes to Christiansted Boardwalk, and just 30 minutes to either the awest end or the East End. Fairly Central to most things on the island. The space was clean and beautiful. The owner was very communicative. When the cable/ Internet went out he took steps immediately to get it resolved and communicated the info. The pool is amazing! The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful views from the porch. The owner has lots of things available to use to enjoy your stay. There are also things leftover from other guests in case you forget something. For example we left unused sunscreen that is reef safe. Unfortunately we were there when the sargassum was pretty bad. Obviously just bad luck, not any fault of the owners or property. This was the only downside of this stay. This was an unusual circumstance from what I understand. The beachfront view was spectacular and the patio was so nice for breakfast, drinks or just relaxing. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The view was breath taking, and the balcony is great for when the sun goes down at night.
