Indoor corridors are always a must for rainy weather!
The only thing that was awkward was the luggage carts - both the ones I used had problems rolling - something to do with the wheels.

Place is terrible! Wasn’t told until I got to the property that it’s an extra $50 fee for early check in and that was after she told me the rooms were ready. Charging $50 to just go in and drop my suitcase is ridiculous! My parents room was flooded and all they did was put towels down. Never offered to move them to another room. My room the toilet handle was broken and the shower dial to turn the water on was broken. Never again!! Manager submitted our complaints to the former owner for possible reimbursement being that I booked under the former owner’s

Stayed 4 nights to do some hiking. Staff was super friendly, I got a room without a fridge by mistake but they accommodated me by offering their employee fridge for two small items..very clean and comfortable.. highly recommend.

We were in town for spring family weekend at Virginia Tech and this hotel was perfect! We were a short drive from campus (about 10 minutes), staff was friendly, room was spacious (two queens) and I appreciate the grab and go breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We booked on line to stay at Surestay in Butte Montana so I paid for reservation to find out there is no such hotel in Butte. So I called in to reservations and explained. She said sorry can’t cancel your room so we were out 125.00. Wow very upset.

The room was clean but did have a funny smell when we got there. The air was off so once we put that on it seemed to clear up. They should’ve had that taken care of prior to arrival.

I felt safe, staff was very nice and the room was somewhat small, but clean and comfortable. No mini-fridge in the room I was in, bring a small cooler if you need to keep some things cold.

We could not stay at this hotel. We left after looking at two different rooms on different floors. Both rooms had wrinkled sheets on the beds. The first room had a stained pillowcase and trash on the floor. The second room had a cockroach leg on the bed and hair on a wrinkled pillowcase.
These rooms did not look like they had been cleaned or taken care of. It was not a place that I wanted to sleep or my kids to sleep.

It's an older hotel but clean with friendly staff. The TV was fuzzy, which cleared if you toggled the wires on the box.
