Location great. Beautiful house and Garden although dog poo had not been picked up. Well equipped kitchen. Large beds but extremely hard mattresses and pillows so sleep/comfort was not the best. Shower was very low pressure. Lack of communication from Chloe was an issue not replying to emails or answering calls. No Welcome pack was provided although upon reading the guest book a welcome pack of honey is normally provided. If bed comfort and communication is improved I would return and recommend. ##### Louise ---
