Other customers in line were upset as well as we literally had to shove our way to get checked in. Booked a non-smoking room and of course I was assigned a smoking room. When I inquired, it was too bad, no non-smoking rooms available for my entire three nights stay. Outstanding location with a super, friendly staff. Several of the hotel staff speak decent English and will help in locating prime tourist sites/locations. Decent free map available. Stayed in a budget room (1102) which had great space, excellent bathroom and storage available. Great view to central Pedestrian area. Only negative--only one English TV channel. Airport shuttle bus just around the corner. Restaurants,grocery stores close by.
