Very few people on the staff speak English, which makes it very hard to get the usual service that you expect from a Kempinski hotel. As an example, there is no room service menu in English so it is impossible to order any service to the room. The hotel is 10 years old and that might be seen in the bathrooms. And the cleaning is not the best, so don't expect a normal Kempinski level. Very noisy and asked to change rooms. Moved to 2018. Aircon did not work. Asked for a repair to be done. We were given a fan and told that's it!! Very poor management. Generally grubby hotel other than the lobby and restaurant floor.
