This was beyond my control and something unexpected and uncontrolled by me. I was very surprised by this notice for me to report asap. I am most that Hilton is so uncaring and unconcerned and very rigid and not accommodating to the guest and their American government agency demands of the guest reporting to the agency and hotel just robbed me of my hard earned money.
