I did find it a bit warm and difficult to turn the thermostat down. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly and would go out of their way just to come to my door and ask if I needed things. Here’s the problem: the hotel advertises itself as having English language service, and in truth this service was very limited. I chose this hotel because it was a USA based hotel chain that advertised English service. I had difficulty communicating with most staff, both of us using translator apps that did not always communicate the right thing. Even ordering room service off their own menu was a headache. A few times it seemed more senior staff had to be pulled away from other duties to help me which I felt guilty about. I don’t expect ALL staff at a hotel in China to have fluent or stronger working English but I was surprised so few did. Worse, because as a foreign tourist I did not have a Chinese phone number, the staff wanted my Chinese friend’s number, and asked for her to translate. (물론 이것도 미세한 가격에 따라 전망 위치가 틀립니다.) 충칭내 다른 전망대에 구지 안가도 될정도 입니다. 다만 좋은 전망만큼 약간 외진곳에 위치하여서 밤이되면 나가기 좀 번거로우십니다. 또한 매번 나갈때마다 20여분씩 걸어나가거나, 외부로 나갈시 택시를 타야하는 번거로움이 있습니다.
