The property is on the expensive side and the room conditions did not reflect the price. The hotels rooms could use updating and amenities to reflect the cost.
The maintenance staff on the property worked tirelessly to ensure the property and beach looked nice.
There was considerable effort that business/corporate events went well at the expense of paying guests.

The location was amazing with the south facing house. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset. We didnt come to fish but we may be back tonfish. The Smallwood Store is a must visit.
